On Friday 15th July, 2016 the Zootopia Smalta Children’s Camp was held for the children of the employees of the Caribbean Development Company, Carib Brewery Limited and Carib Glassworks Limited at the Carib Brewery Compound in Champs Fleurs. Also attending were children from the St. Mary’s Children’s Home in Tacarigua as well as the Annmarie’s Children’s Home from Couva.

It was a priceless experience for all 135 children attending the camp. The rain fell that day, but did not hamper the fun. As it poured, games such as Musical chairs, Board games, Minute to Win it, Smalta Hunger games and the Cup Cake Decorating Challenge were played. The camp attendees were also treated to a talent show and a movie after lunch.

The children had lots to eat and drink and the treats were flowing all day. Some of the treats included Smalta, Ice Cream, Sno Cones. Popcorn and Cotton Candy. All the children attending the camp thoroughly enjoyed themselves and promised to be back next year.
