Business leaders should make the effort to obtain feedback from customers about their products and services, Tiffany Campbell – Marketing Manager at ANSA McAL Financial Services advised yesterday as TATIL T&T Insurance Ltd celebrated its 50th Anniversary by hosting a customer appreciation day at it’s Maraval Road head office. Campbell said there are plans to have customer appreciation days at all six TATIL branches. Two customer appreciation days have already been hosted.
“The customer appreciation day is an opportunity to say thanks to our loyal customers throughout the years,” she said. “TATIL is a very predominant insurance company it was the first locally owned/managed by Louis Rostant in 1974. It is something proud to celebrate, 50 years in anything, especially in the insurance industry is a very large milestone, so today we are just asking customers to come in, they will be greeted by managers and executives.
Ten long-standing customers were honoured during yesterday’s celebrations. They were presented with personalised copies of the T&T Golden Jubilee book. “It is important for any company to take the time to give back and to talk to their customers and to see what ways we can improve, somethings we might be blinded to, they can shed some light. it will help us to grow,” Campbell said.
TATIL’s asset base has doubled within the last five years to more than $2 billion. The company offers an expansive portfolio of general, life and investment related ANSA Merchant Bank Limited resulting in the consolidation of the financial services sector of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies, one of the Caribbean’s largest conglomerates.
