Sissons Paints has beaten off competition from regional and international brands to be recognised and trusted by people across the Caribbean, managing director of ANSA Coatings Roger Roach said on Wednesday.
He was speaking at the opening of the newest Sissons Paints’ Diego Martin (Ahankara) Colour Shop at 91 Roxborough Extension, Diego Martin Main Road, and operated by franchise holder Simon Rodriguez.
“From Guyana in the south to Belize in the north, Sissons is a recognised and trusted brand among home owners, large and small contractors, property developers, interior designers and architects throughout the Caribbean,” Roach said.
Roach underscored the impact colour in enhancing the lives of people around the world in all spaces, noting that its role in creative works such as art, photography and movies could not be understated, as well as in product differentiation, health and safety and in painting structures that are occupied.
Colour, he said, could create warmth, fond memories, stimulate productivity, inspire conversation, increase concentration or have a calming effect which was already being experienced by users of the Sissons brand.
