Sector Employee Relations/IR Lead
We are seeking an experienced HR Practitioner with proven experience in Employee and Industrial Relations.
The incumbent will be required to develop and implement Sector initiatives to ensure that a stable and productive work environment is maintained and that employees achieve and sustain high levels of morale and motivation.
The successful candidate will also be required to conduct employee surveys and make recommendations when required.
Additionally the incumbent will facilitate delivery of organisational change initiatives by providing responsive and effective employee relations advice and guidance to managers and
HR team members within the Sector.
The preferred candidate must be a strategic thinker, skillful negotiator, superior relationship manager and action oriented individual with a solid track record of excellence.
The incumbent must have at least five (5) years experience in a similar position and must have related qualifications in this area.
