Merchandising Manager

Carib Brewery Limited is the region’s largest producer of beverages and is the flagship company of the ANSA McAL Group. This vibrant and highly profitable company, with substantial growth in markets world-wide, is seeking to recruit an individual with vision and flair to oversee its merchandising activities and ensure that the company’s culture, values and mission are effectively promoted. Duties will focus on communicating and implementing strategies that meet the company’s merchandising standards and support brand consistency, merchandise flow and condition, inventory control, pricing, signage and visual directives. He/she must possess excellent managerial skills, communication and interpersonal/relationship building skills. A first degree in Management combined with at least five (5) years experience as a Merchandiser as well as a valid driver’s license and well maintained vehicle are required.
