Marketing Manager – McEnearney Business Machines
Develops the Company’s annual Marketing plan and executes all Marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at driving business profitability and the strategic development and awareness of the Company’s brands and services. Conducts market research and maintains awareness of customer needs to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA would be considered an asset.
Three (3) to five (5) years experience in a marketing and product development environment.
Experience in Market Planning and Budgetary Control.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Information Technology industry market trends
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
Strategic and Creative Thinking
Ability to foster customer service excellence.
High energy level coupled with professional marketing and non- authoritative leadership to drive “Customer First” culture.
Ability to think ahead of the Market and to develop Strategic plans to equip and position the Company for competitiveness.
Constantly seeking insights and understanding as it relates to consumers and customers.
