ANSA McAL held its Gloves Off Self Defence Class for our ANSA McAL Women on Wednesday 12th April, 2017 at TATIL Building in Port of Spain. The personalised class was held for the women of ANSA McAL to learn awareness techniques, knowledge of striking areas, close combat techniques and practical defence against weapons.
