Dr Anthony N. Sabga, ORTT Science Room is Declared Open at Nelson Street Boys’ R.C. School

 

Mr A Norman Sabga, LLD (Hon.) UWI, Chairman of the ANSA McAL Foundation, centre, along with Dr David Toby, Chairman of the Esimaje Foundation, Rev Fr Martin Sirju, Manager of the School, members of both Foundations and students of Nelson Street Boys’ RC School

 

The ANSA McAL Foundation donated TTD$81,775.00 to the Esimaje Foundation towards the construction of a new science room at the Nelson Street Boys’ RC School. The room was dedicated to the late Dr Anthony N Sabga, ORTT, Chairman Emeritus of the ANSA McAL Group, who attended the school when he first came to Trinidad from Anez, Syria.

The new room was outfitted with a photocopy machine, printer and computer. ANSA Coatings Ltd provided the paint towards the initiative.
Chairman of the ANSA McAL Foundation, Mr A. Norman Sabga, together with members of both Foundations, as well as students, teachers and parents were present, to declare the Science Room officially open.

The Esimaje Foundation runs a Cradle to Career Pipeline initiative in East Port of Spain which seeks to improve the lives of men in impoverished societies.
