The Company is seeking to recruit a dynamic, creative and results oriented Marketing Professional for the position of:

 BRAND MANAGER 
  
The Brand Manager reports to the Marketing Director and will be part of a team, which is responsible for driving the market growth of assigned Brands through active management of the product life-cycle.  The successful candidate will also be required to develop and implement Marketing Strategies and objectives for the Brands.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the Strategic Planning Process and develops Brand Plans in accordance with the Marketing Department’s Strategic Plan.
  
• Monitors Brand performance to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  
• Evaluates promotional activities to determine the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
  
• Conducts consumer reviews and assesses the competition to ensure that Brand maintains market share.
  
• Monitors and controls Marketing budgets to provide updates on expenses by Brand and for plan adjustments.
  
• Fosters cross-functional relationships with distribution, production and purchasing.
  Assists with the development and implementation of advertising and Public Relations campaigns.

Requirements:

The desired candidate should possess a Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management and/or a Post Graduate Diploma CIM or LCCI with 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Sales or Brand Management.  Must be customer focused and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
