When we acquired A. S. Bryden & Sons (Barbados) Ltd. in early 2004, some quarters of public opinion predicted significant job loss as a result of the overlap of businesses in distribution.

It did not happen!

As planned prior to the acquisition, we integrated Brydens distribution companies into our distribution sector and created greater efficiencies and operational synergies that have resulted in improved performance for all company sectors.
