On Tuesday 28th May 2013, ANSA McAL Ltd held the 84th Annual Meeting of Shareholders at its headquarters at TATIL Building, Maraval Road, Port of Spain. The shareholders approved the financial statements for 2012 for ANSA McAL Ltd. Chairman Emeritus, Dr. Anthony N Sabga chaired the meeting with contributions from Mr Aneal Maharaj, Group Finance Director and Mr Gerry Brooks, Group Chief Operating Officer.
