Champions Development Program
Champions is a 24-month rotational program aimed at converting our Country’s most ambitious and high-performing graduates into our future Executives. Candidates will be immersed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where they will be expected to deliver results and progress swiftly. Champions is carefully structured to optimize professional exposure, deepen technical expertise and cultivate leadership competence.
Successful applicants will be immediately assigned to strategic projects under the guidance of a mentor selected from the Group’s Senior Executives. Effective completion of the programme will lead to placement in a critical role with significant earning potential and further opportunities for exceptional career growth. You have invested in your education; now invest in your future.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, HR or Business Management
• First or Upper Second-Class honours
• No more than 1 year of work experience
• Internships while studying would be an asset

iLead Program – ANSA McAL’s Summer Internship Program
ANSA McAL has a vested interest in the career development of our employees’ children. ANSA McAL’s Summer Internship Program – the iLead Program is geared toward students who have completed at least Year 1 of their tertiary education. Each year, the iLead Program is rolled out to allow these students to gain valuable experience and exposure to the world of work.
The program allows us, as the employer, the opportunity to contribute to the education, training and growth of our staff members’ children.
Interns are placed in a number of departments across all of our Group Companies, inclusive of (but not limited to) placements in Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Legal and many other functional areas applicable to their line of study.
These students are given the golden opportunity to learn from some of our most experienced employees operating at different levels within the organization. The internship experience allows them to gain an understanding as to:
• How they can best apply their studies/qualifications
• The need for the development of particular skills sets
• How businesses within different industries operate
• How best they can add value to the task at hand and to the Company at large
The program takes place between the months of May and August each year. Children of our employees may forward their applications to the ANSA McAL Human Resource Department in April of every year.
