Engineering Manager – Beverage Sector

  We are seeking to recruit an energetic, highly motivated management professional as Engineering Manager.  As part of the Management Team you will be required to participate in the development of the Company’s Annual Business/ Strategic Plan.

  The candidate will be responsible for directing, managing and coordinating the company’s resources and activities to ensure improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement effective preventive maintenance systems and procedures.  The role requires strict compliance with all policies and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, the OSH Act and the Company’s Quality Manual.  Additionally the incumbent will be required to recommend, develop and implement cost-effective and innovative process/technological changes to improve the efficiency/quality of the Company.

  The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with exceptional inter-personal and communication skills combined with sound knowledge of glass making processes and the ability to motivate and develop the Team to achieve its objectives.

  The incumbent must have a degree in Engineering with at least five (5) years experience in a similar position.
