PORT OF SPAIN, November 8, 2010 – Carib Brewery recently hosted its Distributor Conference at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, September 15th to 17th 2010. Over thirty (30) representatives from 14 countries were present to be part of this working conference themed ‘Building Great Brands Together’.

The conference brought together distributors from Antigua, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Puerto Rico, St Croix, St Kitts, St Lucia, St Thomas, St Vincent, Tortola BVI, Miami (USA) and Sweden, and group sessions included topics such as marketing our beverages and storage and handling of beer.

Carib Brewery’s Export Director, Douglas Henderson remarked; “ The conference was well received by our Distributors. Ninety per cent (90%) of our invited teams attended and they participated fully in every session. Hats off to these guys for taking the time to be with us”.

It wasn’t all hard work though, as participants had a chance to experience our Trini nightlife via planned bar hopping activities, with a special stop at All Out at the Queens Park Oval, to be part of the Pass D Carib Promotion currently featured on our Carib Beer website (www.caribbeer.com).

Carib Brewery also gave special awards to key distributors during this event in recognition of case volume shipped in 2009
