The Nia Valley “With Children in Mind 8” Fun Day is an annual charity event that is hosted by the Friends of Nia Valley, headed by Mr Carl Hoi-Pong. This year’s event was held on Sunday 14th April 2012 at the Nia Valley Estate, Princes Town and provided fun and games for over five hundred (500) underprivileged children and caregivers from thirty (30) local homes.

The day’s activities included a petting zoo, a mechanical bull ride, rock climbing, video games and pony rides. Children in attendance also enjoyed entertainment from a DJ, a concert, Chinese Dragon Dancers and a magic show. The event’s organisers ensured that all kids were provided with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks.
