Mrs. Rachel Duncan is the recently appointed General Manager of the Brydens Business Solutions Inc. She holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and also an Executive MBA from the University of the West Indies, (Class Valedictorian). She started her career with Her Majesty’s Diplomatic Service serving in the Lebanon and Guyana. In 1978 she settled in Barbados at which time she joined IBM. During her tenure at IBM, she held senior managerial positions which included Customer Centre Manager, Marketing Support Manager, Marketing Manager, and IBM Global Services Manager for Barbados and Eastern Caribbean. Mrs Duncan was also a Member of the NGO Organizing Committee, under the Chairmanship of Dame Nita Barrow, for the UN Conference for Small Island Developing States (SIDS) which was held in Barbados.
