On Friday 8th April, 2016, ANSA McAL was one of over forty businesses that participated at U.W.I’s World of Work (WOW) annual recruitment fair. A team of HR professionals representing various subsidiaries across the ANSA McAL Group met with students and discussed potential roles in the conglomerate.

There was keen interest shown by several students in ANSA McAL’s ‘Champions Development Programme’. The latter is a 2 year rotational programme that offers new graduates invaluable working experience and exposure to the operations of the ANSA McAL Group. The Group has over 6,000 employees and business operations which span eight sectors throughout the Caribbean and the United States.
