Process contracts and inform clients and sales and operations managers if said contracts are fulfilled.



  • Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing of contracts

  • Presenting quarterly spend figures to agencies, direct clients and managers

  • Checking account executives’ commissions

  • Updating job umbers on runsheet

  • Data entry

 


Qualification and/or Experience


Critical:



  • Five CXC passes

  • Computer literate

  • Data entry experience an asset

Important:



  • 2 years Advertising Experience
