ALSTONS’ MARKETING COMPANY LIMITED
A leading distribution and marketing company and a wholly owned member of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Divisional Director of Wines and Spirits.
The position will be required to:
- Process all Debit notes for the Department and submit same to the supplier on a monthly basis
- Reconcile budget VS spend report
- Report on Monthly stock and Sales for suppliers
- Co-ordinate and follow through for Bond and Tobago transfers
- Maintain price books, pricelists, new item codes and margins
- Co-ordinate all Digital aspects for the Team
- Provide all other required administrative support as needed and required
- Brand assistant management duties
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years within an administrative support role.
- Tertiary qualifications in related areas such as ABE or related field of study.
- Must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems with particular proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet manipulation; managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
