Top air conditioning unit dealers across the country recently gathered at Stumblin on Ariapita Avenue, Port-of-Spain for a dealer meeting hosted by Abel Building Solutions (ABS). The cocktail event also served as the launch of the new Carrier XPower Gold Inverter air conditioning unit.

Adam Sabga, General Manager at ABS and his team had invited the dealers to introduce what the company calls “the most attractive dealer package in the industry”. In a jazzy sports-themed presentation, Sabga noted that dealer relationships are critical to his company. He referenced the importance of partnership in achieving goals in business just as in sports and outlined his company’s best dealer incentives.

Among the evening’s guests were Carrier executives Bengie Seda and Nery Marrero who came from abroad for the launch. The new Carrier XPower Gold Inverter uses new sophisticated technology combining two innovative control systems and a compressor with the ability to reduce consumption by up to 20 per cent when compared with traditional systems.

“We are very excited with the introduction by Abel Building Solutions of the new inverter high wall Carrier XPower Gold into the Trinidad and Tobago market. With a capable staff and an aggressive and complete sales strategy presented by General Manager Adam Sabga, the success of this product looks very promising.

“We are confident that Abel will keep doing a good job in promoting the Carrier brand as it has been doing for the last 14 years,” Seda said. Continuing on the sports motif, later that evening four guests won themselves professional shirts from the semifinal and final qualifying teams of the recent Euro 2012 football championships.

The ABS team was very pleased with the outcome of the meeting. “We believe the launch was a success. ABS sees its dealers as valued partners and this is just the start of the conversation so we could better serve them,” said Sabga. “We are also very enthusiastic about the new X-power Gold Inverter, as it is a premium product, and will provide our customers with considerable energy savings, in addition to turning the public’s attention towards being more environmentally conscious and thinking green. We are very excited for what is to come, with the continued support from both Carrier and our dealers.”
