At ANSA McAL Limited we recognize that strong corporate leadership as identified by a diverse, independent Parent Board is of critical importance to its valued shareholders and stakeholders. The Parent Board represents and is accountable to the shareholders of ANSA McAL Limited, with the vision to maximize value for its stakeholders. Its key activities include:-
Corporate Strategy Oversight, Acquisitions and Growth, Implementation of Corporate Policy, Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Avoiding Conflicts of Interest and, Overall Management of the Corporation’s business.
Parent Board appointed Sub- Committees are responsible for oversight of key areas of operations, which include the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Sealing Committee, Compensation Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Human Resource Working Group. The Group is divided into Sectors: Brewing, Manufacturing, Media, Financial Services, Distribution, Services and Automotive. Each Sector is governed by a Sector Head, who sits on the Executive Committee of the Parent Board. Sector Heads are responsible for the effective monitoring of each Subsidiary’s Board and Management, Day to Day operations, Planning and Budgeting and Capital Expenditure Approvals.
