The Cable News Channel 3 is a cable news channel in Trinidad and Tobago, specializing in fair and balanced, up-to-the-minute current affairs and news reporting by professional broadcast journalists and presenters, and innovative, market driven feature content CNC3 utilizes leading edge, digital technology, and state of the art studio design to deliver first world content to maintain its leading position in the primetime news segment. Its audience on cable is estimated to reach over 100,000 households in the Trinidad and Tobago market, with the medium term business objective to broadcast nationally by the third quarter of 2008. From September, 2008 the service will be available to non-cable subscribers on Channels 12, 14 and 22; and the programming format will change from News and current affairs to News, Sports and Entertainment.

From September 2008, the daily prime time menue will be expanded to include a series of highly rated American comedies, Drama, reality shows, and movies.
