Account Executive


The ideal candidate would have a good understanding of the Real Estate market and or the Used Car market be confidence, personable, professional and persistent, with  a proven track record of success in selling.


 


Responsibilities




  • Secure sales of this new and exciting product range by establishing a ‘ win/ win’ relationships sales approach.


  • Establish a viable customer base, as well as continue to grow this base to guarantee continuous growth in sales.


  • Research each customer’s need and be able to make winning presentations to secure the sale.


  • Understand the nuances of the newspaper and online marketing, to penetrate the market thereby facilitating this individual to meet/exceed sales targets.


  • Achieve monthly sales targets.


  • Issue sales orders and ensure all payments are collected.


  • Maintain company core values.

 


Qualifications and/or Experience




  • Confident/ Personable / Professional and Persistent


  • Experience in sales


  • A minimum of 5 CXC’s including Math and English


  • Demonstrate good time management skills.
