Policy for Recruitment Firms

ANSA McAL Group selectively works with a group of external recruitment firms on an as-needed basis. Because of the number of recruitment firm solicitations we receive, all third-party recruitment firms are required to apply with us (see below) to become an approved service provider before we will consider working together.

Our Policy

We do not accept unsolicited resumes from recruitment firms. Any resume submitted to any employee(s) of the ANSA McAL Group and without an ANSA McAL recruitment services agreement in place will be considered unsolicited and property of ANSA McAL. Resumes sent to any employee(s) and not copied to Group HR, even if a contract is in place, will be considered unsolicited. In either case, ANSA McAL will not pay a placement fee.

All service providers must have a signed ANSA McAL recruitment services agreement from the Group HR Director. Obtaining a signed recruitment services agreement from the Group HR Director is the only way you will be paid. Verbal or written commitments from any other member of the ANSA McAL staff will not be binding.

ANSA McAL will not pay a fee to an external recruitment firm that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the Group HR department.

It is the responsibility of all external recruitment firms to know this policy.
