“I always wanted to be part of an iconic Group such as ANSA McAL and I believe the programme will assist in my development as an outstanding leader within the company.“

When I heard about the Champions Programme, I knew I wanted to be part of it because of the experience and knowledge I would gain from rotating through the different departments within a Group subsidiary. I also wanted to belong to and be part of an iconic Group such as ANSA McAL.

Due to my strong interest in motor vehicles I was placed in ANSA Motors. At ANSA Motors I hope to apply the knowledge I’ve gained by efficiently completing tasks in a systematic manner, which I developed from my engineering background. I would also like to bring new ideas into the company to assist and maintain growth through challenging norms and through the implementation of innovative initiatives.

I would like to gain extensive knowledge of all the departments within the organisation in terms of how they function and interconnect with each other. Being in the different departments and working with experienced individuals would allow me to develop my skills in team work, time management and decision making to help me become a top performer within the Company. I would like to experience the challenges that the departments face on a day to day basis, to observe first-hand how decisions are made. This would help build my resilience to allow me to be able to always stick to my goals in the future to ensure that all the projects that I am assigned would be a success.

I believe the programme will assist in my development as an outstanding leader within the company. My experience at the end of the programme would have allowed me to work and operate in the different departments throughout my subsidiary, making me understand the company. Personally, I believe that with the guidance of my mentor, I will be able to improve my weaker areas and attain the mindset needed to become a top performer and a front-runner within the organisation.
